We fully understand your concern about the product quality and production lead time, it's our responsibility to secure everything for you no matter before order placed or reach your warehouse

In order to achieve this target, we have set up a strict QA  system as follow step:

Step 1: IQC: All material must be checked once received from the supplier before into warehouse

Step 2:  In-line check: The worker will check by themselves once receive the parts from last process, only passed semi-product will go into next step, also we have QA to check the quality during mass production in the line

Step 3:  Final check: Each product will be check and the QA before go into master carton, any failed product will be returned to the plant, the QA also will check the carton and quantity before shipment.

At the very beginning of order placed, we have work out a very detail production schedule for our QA and factory to follow, only in this way we can keep on time delivery even in peak season
